I pay $6.25/mo on SaskTel Mobility.
Why is Canada in brackets? The phone will most likely only sport GSM 900/1800, so of course it'll roam in Canada over CDMA.
Just b/c your contract is a 3-year term doesn't mean you have to keep the same phone for that amount of time...I believe Rogers allows a hardware upgrade every 12 months.
Verizon's "Canadian" coverage shown on their map is simply coverage provided by Canadian carriers (Telus, SaskTel, Bell, etc) as roaming agreements. It's a deceiving map in that regard....and it's coverage definitely not provided by VZN.
Your hw6515 has plain old GPS, not AGPS. AGPS means that your position is partially determined with the help of the wireless network, instead of strictly US gov't satellites. I'm assuming the NATE system fires mapping info over EVDO, instead of requiring a basemap to be preloaded onto the phone/unit. Somebody correct me if I'm way out to lunch on this.
Maybe today's the day?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
