Me: My name is Will, and I'm an engadgoholic.

You: Hi Will!
Hey PEZ: It's Mastercard, not AMEX. Doesn't show much on _your_ part, does it? ;)
Engadget is a great site, and the contributions from readers in the comment section make it even better -- except when they digress into a mac vs. pc flame war, or any other type of name calling. If this continues to happen, the comment function will be shut down again. That would be a shame.
@#6: Check out www.weaknees.com. I've purchased a number of large pre-imaged drives from them. You just pop one (or two) in your tivo (with tools they provide) and you're good to go! They'll even do it for you for a small fee, with a quick turna around.
took a test drive on this machine, and liked everything except the keyboard. I especially diliked the under-sized right "shift" key. There's nothing worse then going for the shift key, and hitting the up arrow!
Hello? Is this thing on?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
