I got an "IOU" for Wii Fit. Gah, they are no where to be found! Oh wait, is getting a Wii Fit as a gift and insult?
Because I'll probably use Wii Fit more than a $300 gym membership.
Yay I'm done with school.
Ohh, iPhone please. :)
Okay, nevermind, it IS Universal. Still, anyone else tried running it in OS X and then Windows XP on the same machine and notice a big difference?
You know, this brings up another issue. I don't think SecondLife is Universal either. Meaning, it is compiled to run on Macs with the old PPC chipset instead of the current day Macs with Intel chipset (Core Duo). The reason I think this is that LL mentions nothing about Intel Macs in their system specs... and... when I boot over into Windows XP on my MacBook Pro, it runs incredibly smoother and faster than when I run it on the same MacBook Pro in OS X. Does LL even know about Intel Macs?? Do they really live in a cave like on that photo they slap up during down-time?
Sorry Aimee, you were the first! Eloise, thanks for the re-giggle though. :)
Edit: ...doesn't read Second Life Insider. :)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
