I was at best buy earlier today to buy invisible shield for my iphone and god this thing is THICK! Like hey look at my pants thick....
of course it wont have wifi. It'll be using vzw's data...i'd put money on that.
my girlfriend and I both have white 3g iphones hers has never been dropped and is babied while mine has been dropped twice in the street and both had hairline cracks in the exact same spot on the bottom left....apple replaced them today THOUGH they told us they do not have a official stance on it apple is looking into this....oh boy..
oh and good question what the heck is the cost of a podcast? I thought that was the great thing about podcasts any idiot can spout off stuff and post it out on the internet....
THIS SUCKS. I listen to this podcast and throughly enjoy it. I am not a happy person today....ruined my morning!
Des Moines, IA Working fine here....
you're an idiot. You've probably never even touched an iphone. Just cause you can't afford it doesnt mean it sucks. It just means you're poor. I've typed this on my iPhone in which I promise I could type faster on this then you could on any device.
Get a real carrier. Verizon sucks balls. Besides crippling devices and thinking they know more then the manufactures when it comes to software they are just nickel and diming there customers. Vcast is a freakin joke! Get over yourself.
I got a LCD last spring. It was a tough call for me whether to go lcd or plasma. In the end while not a lot I do own a ps3 and play games and the burn in was still a small concern for me with the plasma. If I didn't game at all I would have gone plasma but lcd is just so much more versatile.
My at&t store had it in this weekend. I played with both this and the tilt. This is quicker then the tilt but the tilt has a nicer keyboard. The two aren't even direct comeptitors but still I had to say it. Personally my iphone kills em both style and function wise. Much quicker. It had a solid feel to it though. No bad.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
