I have been a T-Mo customer since VoiceStream was the provider and have never had a problem or a dropped call in all those years. I consistently use my Tmo Blackberry in urban and rural places alike and found sound quality to be good, and data transmission and quality to be excellent. I would never switch! My only fear is that AT&T or some other big carrier will come along and swallow up Tmo and as a result reduce the quality of the customer service and raise prices. And no, I am not a Tmo dealer or employee. Go TMo....
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
