Let me get this straight, you expect a company to fire every one of its employees in a certain section if one thind is awry? Who knows who did this? It could have been a bad Customer Service Rep not checking the return as they should, or it could have been a shady sales person, who knows? How would you prove any of it either way? I work for the Geek Squad and I have checked a few of these things. I HAVE found an old hard drive in a new box and the person trying to return it ran out of the store screaming at the top of their lungs. Unfortunately it happens all the time. I you can figure out a cost effective way to stop these problem let Best Buy know, they would pay good money for that!
Hopefully, people continue to TRY to be witty... It is kind of funny... :p
I might get one of these things for the kid some day... :)
I have had customers come in many times looking for the Raspberry. If someone can call it another type of food, I don't see why they couldn't confuse it with a different type of... weapon? Oh well, my point is people are stupid. It's too much work for them to learn what they are talking about. Unfortunately, most sales employees are the same way. RIM is just trying to protect their name, as annoying as it is.
And I just bought the Dash for T-Mobile!!!! Argh!
I think so...
Why must they tease me like this? I JUST got my Dash...
@Remy

Yeah, but a LOT thinner!
Here's the thing, most iPods break within a year or two. Whether it be the battery or the harddrive or just some strange malfunction. These phones probably won't be much different. I say stick with HTC based Smartphones or get a Samsung or Nokia Cellphone.
The UMA would still tax their systems, but it would free up the Cell towers a lot. I believe the cost will be $4.99 per month to add to their TMo service plan and the SDA and MDA have UMA built in already (at least that is what I have been told from our CompUSA TMo Rep).
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
