Couple of things you missed about eMule...

LowID making it harder ti find files in the first place

Those rare obscure files often have a small number of sources with queue lengths of over 9000 meaning a LONG wait before you get those files
Looks like the handset that would have been known as the 3skypephone S3.

Has to be said this won't be a proper smartphone - downloadable apps would be likely be limited to Java and BREW (yep, both available ...and on a GSM phone, just like the existing 3skypephones) it compare nicely to the iphone imho, but I'd rather have a G1.
The original Skypephone was actually made by Amoi, as I believe this one is, and yes, it's not a patch on a Nokia N or E series but it's not meant to be.
I would definitely like one of these, even though I'm not a developer and would never use the SDK. A 3G/UMTS version would be nice. I just wonder if any of the UK networks would offer it when Trolltech decide it is ready for end-users. Wasn't sure on the colour, but it's beginning to grow on me...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
