We just reviewed LG's KBH-500 solar powered Bluetooth speakerphone. It's pretty nice.

Actually, LG never said the device was available. They merely pointed out that they had 1 million pre-orders and that it was planned to be available during March - which is exactly what they said at MWC.
Did nobody notice that Smarthouse doesn't quote or even name an executive in its story?

"The HTC executive has also admitted that the new Google offering is hurting sales of Windows Mobile devices of which HTC are the biggest maker in the world."

They don't mention any executive at all in the story, other than in that final sentence. This isn't news. There are no sources. People make stuff up, and everybody else forwards it on as fact.
DigiTimes is not known for being very reliable, and the fact that it does not attribute the comment about the Android phone coming in the second half of 2009 to Garmin's Tony An certainly leaves open the door for that bit of info to have come from some random analyst. DigiTimes has certainly been pretty loose with posting little factoids like that in the past.
Motorola announced officially that it was no longer going to develop any new Symbian phones almost two months ago: http://www.mobileburn.com/news.jsp?Id=5619
We posted a 7.5 minute long demo video of the Krave ZN4 in action. It's a really hot device - I am really impressed by the touch sensitive nature of the plastic flip.

Sony Ericsson confirmed to us earlier this week that neither X1 will support the 1700MHz AWS band required for T-Mobile's 3G network.

Originally, both variants of the X1 were to have 1700MHz support. The initial press release back in February said as much. They have changed their plan, though.
We have a 4.5 minute video of the Knack here:

I'm quite impressed with it overall. I could easily see my mother liking and using this cellphone.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
