Don't get me wrong . . . I love my Pre and I couldn't be more satisfied with my plan. . . but Breaking? Really?
They have them at every college campus I have ever been to
With all due respect, who says they are a sinking ship? Granted that this is not the best foray into the world of set-top boxes, However, Blockbuster is one of the few retailers still making money every quarter rather than losing.
I think he meant that he spent the money that would have otherwise gone to this on a G1 . . .
If nothing else, at least it's the tiniest bit innovative.
Actually Jubei, I work at Circuit City and we sell Zunes 4-to-1 vs. iPods. Granted, the Zune doesn't have a competitor for the Touch, they also are not trying. Very few people come in asking about the iPod, most people want to play with a Zune so they can send and share music with their friends. I have more than enough experience with both Apple and Microsoft (and Creative, and Rio, and iRiver, and everything else out there) and while I'm not saying that Microsoft is the best (though the Zune is my player of choice, nothing beats an afternoon of squirting music to your friends), it's a ridiculous comment to make that Microsoft will never make a dent in Apple sales. I watch it happen every day.
That's it? No article. How exciting.
Kind of a Zune?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
