Very few people come in asking about the iPod, most people want to play with a Zune so they can send and share music with their friends. I have more than enough experience with both Apple and Microsoft (and Creative, and Rio, and iRiver, and everything else out there) and while I'm not saying that Microsoft is the best (though the Zune is my player of choice, nothing beats an afternoon of squirting music to your friends), it's a ridiculous comment to make that Microsoft will never make a dent in Apple sales.
