I had the same problem initially with my Verizon Curve when I entered from the BlackBerry mobile homepage. But then I emailed myself the download link from the BlackBerry App World PC site (http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/appworld/download.jsp#tab_tab_download) and that sent me this link: http://www.blackberry.com/appworld/download which worked right away.

I had a positive experience with Endeca while at Zagat but they may and the other big enterprise search solutions may be overkill for your needs. I've heard bad things about the Google Search Appliance - I think Site Search is a better option.

This looks like it would be a good resource for you if you're getting up to speed in this area.

The SLVR was featured in an ABC News NYC video segment on the Motorola M-Wallet. Interesting stuff - was surprised to be informed by a local TV station on something tech-related.
