yeah it looks like this might be headed for vzw too it is showing up in some internal reports, but like all new devices it will most likely be well after a sprint release
yeah i work in the one of the retail locations and one of our techs is testing this out. Its pretty nice and the headset is pretty comfortable. the only thing I didnt get to check was whether it played music through the bluetooth, but if it does this thing will be one of our top sellers.
The new PTT will still work outside of the evdo coverage just at the current VZW PTT speeds, the new phones will work at faster sppeds closer to what Nextel offers, of course nothing can beat the iDEN network for PTT
Yeah the hub is supposed to use your home networks broadband signal for VZW data services like vz nav, picture messaging, as well as a virtual corkboard and a calander that can be sent to your phone(s) via bluetooth. It is targeted to families.
You do realize that a 5mp camera would raise the cost and if they wanna sell alot of these they need to keep the cost as low as they can while still keeping the features attractive. You can't get it all.
To be honest this is my first time commenting, but this is definitely a great way to spark more commenting

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
