I used to live all around northern Arizona in towns like Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott, Cottonwood, Sedona, etc etc etc... all covered by VZW EV-DO. It's pretty great if you ask me. But I have T-Mobile now. 3G is basically a myth for me now.
Nova means new in Portuguese, too, as well at Latin. That's probably what they were referring to with the code name. Not no va or the car. Or a space nova.
ha....haha..... then watch all the manufacturers and carriers crumble because they're giving away iphones and feature-packed 3g phones...
even as a customer i find that pretty rediculous. and having worked for tmobile, if i were selling phones like that for those kind of prices i'd be in debt with the carrier rather than getting a paycheck.
I want the Wing really bad! I've known about it for a while and since I work at T-Mobile, and since the indirect dealer I work for is one shitty company that charges more for employees, I hope I win! =D
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
