@Dan, really? I think unless you're mastering concertos and using your DAP as a proof device, it's your point that is rather - well, dull.

iPods do a fine job of playing music to those that purchase them, and although I haven't used an iPod in a while (actually playing music off my Blackberry right now, because I don't care where it comes from) it's a perfectly fine DAP.

People that stay away from iPod are usually just doing it because they have something against Apple or group mentality, even when that mentality is actually rational. I'm sure you're enjoying your I-River player and everything but let go - iPods are fine. The iTunes system is convenient. There's a reason it dominates the market.
I guess I'm sticking it out until the Tata Ruderalis. In the states.
Happy Birthday!
I was thinking Eternal Sunshine as well, like many people here, but I can't help but think that Cheech and Chong demonstrated a quite more consistent schedule of memory loss over their lives.
looks good though. I like me my candybar phones (blackberrys count right?) but for a simple phone, this is awesome because it echoes the startac-era stuff to reinforce the concept of simple functionality, while simultaneously providing solid features, like more than 99 phone numbers.

you guys need promo writers? :p
I spent my years on the east coast rave scene.

And I've never seen anything as cool as this! Where's my photons! :P

I just tried buying this and they want $30+ for shipping.
Way to scheme Hong Kong store (1.8 KILOS per bar? Bullshit!) and way to not check your sources Engadget.

I must say I can't decide between the tattood Blackberry and the Sony Ericsson flip with the diagnolly-cut shiny cover. I needs a replacement soon, is there a cellphone in the bag? :P

I play strapless (because I love the danger!) and have yet to launch the controller anywhere. My three year old wouldn't hit the TV for losing at Tennis, because she's not so simple.

I think you need not sue a large corporation for not knowing how to live.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
