T-mobile was not against tethering (all of their other phones, including the 3g handsets do it), it was simply that Android was not built with tethering app as part of the OS. In the press release for the G1 T-mobile even stated that they wold not have an issue with a tethering app.
@ Ed.
It looks to be the same size as my internal DVD ROM, but those are not the ones used in current set top DVD players. For sake of argument, doesn't Sony make slim line drives for notebooks that could be used in these players (although I imaging those drives are much more costly)
wow this test board looks to be much smaller too. Hopefully we will see smaller sized players (closer to the size of the newer model dvd players on the market)
the T in the T919 (in the starting of the model number generally describes a T-Mobile destined phone)
T-Mobile offers an international BB plan for $19.99 (although you must have a domestic plan too, which runs $19.99 too)
I would say that physical media isn't quite done yet. Not because it can't be done, but because i'm sure the studios make way more money per disc sold than per view on Netflix or which ever service is used. That to me is why the content on Netflix watch it now is either bad movies, much older movies or documentaries. They want to squeeze every last cent from physical media that they can and I think Blu-Ray is their last chance. just my $0.02
you can skin it with cover art, just check the pch community forums. (3 options that I have found)

Winning this would be the only way that I would switch to Vista Thanks Engadget

"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
