While this comparison is entertaining, its not exactly accurate. One of the main purposes of a bluetooth is so that when you do get a call, you don't have to dig around for your phone if its in a pocket, purse or what-have-you. A bluetooth is there for the unexpected as well as the expected. Wearing a condom all day, its not as if your going to have to suddenly drop-trou in the middle of a mall or something and have to fumble around checking all your pockets and such looking for your condom.
Now...Just who is this MetroPCS?? I've never heard of them before. So I'm not impressed. Here in good ol' Washington state, we have at&t, VZW, TMo, Sprextel and Qwest...
Well here in washington it is illegal to drive w/o somekind of hands free, and most people prefer a bluetooth to the corded headset. I personally don't like the traditional bluetooth headset. I use the MotoROKRT505 bluetooth speaker. It's got an FM transmitter to where my conversation is played through my speakers and doubles as an A2DP headset so I can also play my music off my Pearl over my speakers without the need of an aux cord.
What, $130 is too expensive for you guys? thats not too bad really. For 1350 minutes unlimited texting AND unlimited web/email. If your not spending that already on a BlackBerry, you really should think about switching phones. Jeez, y'all are spoiled and think that everything should be handed to when it comes to cell pho9nes. Boo freaking hoo, grow up and realize that your not going to get everything free from a BUSINESS!!
I hope this is coming for at&t. I work for verizon, but I just really don't wanna switch. Through some glitch with at&t from when I worked there, I'm still not paying for anything, so I'm hoping I can ditch my 8110 for this beast. If not, it may be time to start paying for my bill after 2 years...
hmmm...so basically its their lack of anything else to do, i.e. phone calls, text messaging, browsing the web, that makes them film crazy ass pornos? well, we can expect to see more "train rides" films from there then huh?
it's not the network thats crappy, its the slow expansion of their HSPA (D/U) that is annoying. Wherever you can get that network, its good. whosever decision it was for the "Slow Rollout" of that network should be shot.
That chick looks scared...and he looks like he's about to jizz all over her. Maybe this is not such a good idea!
So lemme get this straight...Sprint scores high on how fast they answer their phones and you guys praise the hell outta them. It's not even whether or not they fix the issue, but how fast they answer the phones. Verizon scores high on some visual stuff, but you blatenly point out that you don't care...

...I just don't understand what actually matters to you guys. neither of these polls actually have anything to do with what the customers actually need and yet you give Sprint more cred than VZW on pointless statistics. I smell a biased opinion coming on here.
I'd rather wait 5 minutes and have the problem fixed, than have it answered in under 30 seconds and have them tell me theres not a damn thing they can do for me

. Congradulations Spr-extel for answering your phones in under 30 seconds.

...as soon as CS gets rid of their automated system that takes 3 minutes to get through, thats when I'll be excited about them answering the phone in under 30 seconds.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
