<s>Live</s> Pre-recorded from a coffee shop near Google I/O, it's episode 344 of the Engadget Podcast. Get excited for some commentary on everything from Glass to redesigned Maps and get to streaming below.

This may be a slower part of the year for HD news, but we still managed to round up an hour's worth of goodies. It's an onslaught of mostly minor happenings from all the usual major players, along with your two favorite hosts. Stream it below or catch a download after the break.

Shepherd three tech journos into a room, provide them with microphones, and what do you get? No, not bad karaoke... you get a podcast of course. Though, if the former were to happen, they'd probably go for (and mispronounce) something by The Boss.

It's a cold day in you know where when our two mobile editors are lost for words. If you thought this week might be any different, think again. If anything, a brief hiatus means they're literally finding words just for the show. Inscrupilous of them, we know.

Hulu, Blockbuster, Kaleidescape and Amazon form an odd group of digital video distributors, but they're joined together to open this week's podcast. While Amazon's Lovefilm is HD ready on the PS3 for the first time, Kaleidescape is bringing Blu-ray quality downloads to owners of its high end hardware, Hulu is thriving under unlikely circumstances and Blockbuster... what is Blockbuster doing? Paid subscription rumors for YouTube, news about Comcast's X1 DVR platform are also on deck, press play for the full run down.

This week we have a review of the ASUS Cube Google TV, rumors of an Amazon set-top box and Microsoft announcing when it will announce the next Xbox. LG has put its 55-inch curved OLED HDTV up for pre-orders in Korea with a price of about $13K, we'll take a look at the tech before diving into Netflix's "long term view" of the future. Finally, in a blend of traditional TV and modern second screen integration, NBC has announced a new game show with "unprecedented" viewer interaction -- consider us intrigued.

New remotes from Logitech and a slew of streaming video news from Netflix, Amazon and Microsoft lead off the podcast this week. Netflix finally has more customers than HBO in the US, so we'll dig into its Q4 numbers and see what's next for the streaming company. Cox, time Warner Cable and Sky all had updates for their mobile apps this week, which presents the question of Android vs. iOS for video streaming. Finally, another city is getting Google Fiber, and once again it's a place neither of us live in -- hopefully the NFL Draft will go better.

Hosts: Ben Drawbaugh (@bjdraw), Richard Lawler (@rjcc)

Producer: James Trew (@itstrew)
